First, please make sure you have installed Unity Tweak Tool in order to change Ubuntu's icons. You can install Elementary Add Icon on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Xenia Xerus, Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Trusty Tahr from its official PPA by following this guide :
Step 1 - Open new terminal window then add this PPA to Ubuntu system :
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:elementary-add-team/iconsStep 2 - Update the local repository index by simply run the command below :
sudo apt-get updateStep 3 - Now, run the following to install Elementary OS Style Icon Theme in your Ubuntu desktop :
